These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are entered into by and between MC Home Enterprises LLC, a California limited liability company, doing business as:

Any future brands, programs, services, or digital platforms operated by the Company
(collectively referred to as the “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms govern your access to and use of:

Any related landing pages, portals, membership areas, AI tools, software tools, downloads, templates, consulting services, coaching programs, advertising services, or content delivered via social media or third-party platforms.
By purchasing, accessing, or using any Company materials or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not access or use our services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
By using our services you represent that:

2. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Updates become effective immediately upon posting.

3. Intellectual Property & License
All content, systems, strategies, AI tools, templates, downloads, frameworks, videos, worksheets, documents, website designs, marketing strategies, and educational materials are the exclusive intellectual property of MC Home Enterprises LLC.
Purchase grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for:
Personal use
Internal business use
You may NOT:
Share login credentials outside permitted users
Resell or redistribute materials
Teach, copy, or train others using Company content
Repurpose frameworks into your own products or programs
Upload materials into public AI systems for redistribution
Claim Company methods, systems, or strategies as your own
Violation may result in immediate termination, legal action, and damages.
4. Login Access & Team Use
Access is limited to the purchaser.
Where explicitly permitted, access may be shared with up to two registered full-time employees only.
Contractors, freelancers, agencies, collaborators, or virtual assistants are not permitted access unless separately licensed.
We reserve the right to audit usage and restrict access if misuse is suspected.
5. Digital Products, Courses & Payment Plans
No Refund Policy
All digital products, downloads, courses, memberships, templates, consulting retainers, and services are non-refundable.
Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to proprietary intellectual property.
Payment plans are offered as a convenience only.
You agree that:
Full payment obligation exists regardless of usage
Stopping payments does not cancel your agreement
Chargebacks or payment disputes constitute breach of these Terms
We reserve the right to:
Remove access to all programs and materials
Send unpaid balances to collections
Pursue legal recovery of fees, interest, and associated costs
6. Results Disclaimer
We make no guarantees regarding:
Income or revenue growth
Client acquisition
Business performance
Advertising or marketing results
AI performance or accuracy
SEO ranking or social media visibility
Course or coaching outcomes
All implementation decisions and business results are solely your responsibility.
7. Coaching, Consulting & Strategic Services Disclaimer
The Company provides business education and strategic guidance only.
We do not provide:
Legal advice
Financial or tax advice
Medical or mental health services
You are responsible for consulting licensed professionals where appropriate.
8. AI Tools, Automations & Technology Disclaimer
Some services include use of AI systems, automations, third-party platforms, advertising tools, or software integrations.
We do not guarantee:
Accuracy or performance
Platform uptime or availability
Advertising account approvals
Compatibility with all systems
Policy stability of third-party platforms
You assume all risks associated with implementation and platform reliance.
9. Community Conduct
You agree to maintain respectful and professional behavior in all communities, programs, and communications.
Prohibited conduct includes:
Harassment or discrimination
Promotion of competing services
Scraping member data
Sharing confidential discussions
Spamming or solicitation
Posting defamatory or illegal content
Violation may result in termination without refund.
10. Confidentiality
All program materials, strategies, downloads, discussions, and member contributions are confidential.
You agree not to:
Disclose proprietary Company methods
Share other members’ private business information
Distribute coaching call content or internal discussions
This obligation survives termination or completion of any program.
11. Termination Rights
We reserve the right to terminate access at any time for:
Breach of these Terms
Payment failure
Misuse of intellectual property
Abusive or harmful conduct
Suspected fraud or chargeback risk
Reputational harm to the Company
No refunds will be issued upon termination.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:
Lost profits or business opportunities
Advertising losses or platform suspensions
Indirect or consequential damages
Technology failures or service interruptions
Reliance on educational or strategic content
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Company within the preceding 90 days.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MC Home Enterprises LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates from any claims arising from:
Misuse of materials
Violation of laws or regulations
Client disputes
Advertising compliance failures
Intellectual property misuse
14. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California.
You waive:
Jury trial rights
Participation in class actions
Multi-party claims
Each claim must be brought individually.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any program-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company.
